Get the Look: Soft and Natural:
This makeup emphasizes beautiful skin without heavy foundation.
The soft and natural style is aimed at bringing out your natural glow with a new blush technique.
Application-
Blush and Highlights:
What is exciting about this makeup style is the unique application of blush in combination with a minimal application of foundation. Instead of applying blush to the usual outer cheek area, it is applied from the upper cheek area going towards the nose. The highlights are positioned at the upper cheek and inside the corner of the eyes as well as the center of the upper lip and chin. The forehead, under eye, around the nose and lower cheek are powdered to decrease shine and emphasize highlights.
Eyes:
The eyes are outlined with a dark coffee-colored pencil. The outline is then blended into the crease with a tiny bit of mascara at the root of the eyelash. Gently applying a soft curl will add a natural highlight to the eye.
Eyebrows:
The brows are brushed and filled in as needed and then finished with a touch of brow gel.
Lips:
The lips are done in a natural shade with a touch of lip balm for shine. For a darker textured lip, foundation or concealer can be applied.

The secret to achieve this look is the application of the blush before the foundation. The blush is applied to the upper cheek with a cream brush instead of a powder brush. The application of the blush can be a touch heavier than normal as the foundation is applied to the whole face after the blush. The highlights are positioned at the upper cheek and inside the corner of the eyes as well as the center of the upper lip and chin. The forehead, under eye, around the nose and lower cheek are powdered to decrease shine and emphasize highlight.
