+ Oversaw the development and conception of Noor Festival in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Led the RFP development for the production team and oversaw branding and marketing with HAVAS and Omnia Dubai.
+ Strategically produce and implement Master Plan focused specifically on best practices of Artists Submissions, Artists Guidelines, Panel Selection Process, Panel Develop, RFP and IT development, RFP drafts and outreach strategy, regional workshops, community engagement and programming, operations and maintenance.
