+ Secured multi-billion dollar investments for the city's art and infrastructure development to re-market the city to a broader demographic. Created joint ventures with HWKN, Futurecity and UAP. 


In response to a recent Royal Decree, the entire city of Riyadh shall now receive a public works strategy under the title, “Riyadh Art”. All Arts projects (11 total) within our newly master planned outline will now fall under the “Riyadh Interactive Landmark Arts” initiative now titled, “Riyadh Art”. The Riyadh Arts Project’s lead consultancy for Master Planning now requires a fully operational Office of Project Management for which Art Vue has been awarded the PM role. The RA initiative has top tier artists, architects, landscape architects, engineers, and also the public involved in creating quality, socially and culturally relevant, meaningful and inclusive artistic environments in and around the city of Riyadh and the relevant surrounding areas.

+Develop accessible content and content procedures for the art program for the citizens of Riyadh and the governmental agency.

+ Develop and implement a strategic art program that adds value to the city of Riyadh and its community meeting all required KPI’s.

This includes; Project & Site Analysis, Strategic Program Development, Artist Identification & Recommendations, Competition Management (National and International), RFP Development & Management.

+ Collaborate with urban developers, interior architects, PMCM’s and government officials to create a comprehensive Strategic Placement Manual that includes site selection specifications, architectural blue prints and renders, technical parameters, demographic and urban context research, landmarks and heritage research, and art types.

+ Strategically produce and implement Public Art Master Plan focused specifically on best practices of Artists Submissions, Artists Guidelines, Panel Selection Process, Panel Develop, RFP and IT development, RFP drafts and outreach strategy, regional workshops, community engagement and programming, operations and maintenance.
