SAAF.COM | DIGITAL MARKETING + SOCIAL MEDIA DEVELOPMENT

E-commerce:
+Achieve sales and profit plans for SAAF.com
+Lead day-to-day execution of site updates and email campaigns.
+UX -identify and communicate ideas for improved website functionality and enhanced customer experience.
+Work with in-house team or external vendors to execute changes.
+Create and maintain a performance dashboard with key sales, performance and digital marketing KPI's.

Digital + Print Marketing:
+Plan marketing campaigns and communications across e-commerce, email and social media channels that engage customers and drive sales.
+Strategize, lead and manage all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, Email, Direct Mail, and key partnerships/collaborations/influencers to grow the eCommerce business.
+Measure and optimize digital marketing campaign performance, leveraging analysis and data to both identify optimization within the current business and new opportunities for growth. Pull key metrics out and include on the eCommerce dashboard.
+Build customer acquisition and retention goals, strategies and tactics to deliver on business objectives.
+Develop creative ideas, concepts and programs to acquire new customers and grow loyal customer base.
+Create print media plan by quarter that meet key marketing KPIs.
+Ensure that the graphic designer meets all deadlines

Brand|
+Ensure brand voice and messaging aligns with the brand vision and is consistent across all consumer touchpoints.
+Lead branding exercise with Founders and serve as a key stake holder in the brands style guide.
+Develop seasonal marketing strategies and initiatives that support the brand objectives, highlight new product launches and key core collections, and raise awareness of the brand.

Wholesale:
+Develop integrated, effective marketing strategies and programs in partnership with major retailers.
+Focus on impactful digital campaigns as well as low-cost, high impact off-line opportunities
+Develop concepts and execute plans for in-studio retailer meetings, PA's, trunk shows and trade shows.

Leadership:
+Lead and mentor marketing team, inclusive of freelancers.
+Share key initiatives and learnings with the entire organization and foster a collaborative environment.
